Ingredients:
- 6 chicken legs
- 400 g (1 lb) broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 chilli pepper
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil, butter

You sho not have put cooked chicken on the plate that had raw chicken on it. That’s called cross contamination

I never cross contaminate by putting cooked meat on a plate that had raw meat on it. I simply use two plates. Not a good look to be doing that.

Broccoli they become so juicy of the sauce ,delicious and soft😋

But you loose all the good things in the greens when you cook too long time, the brocolis have to be crunchy, like that they are to soft, 5 min is in off. 😊
