For anybody still "iffy" about anchovy paste... If you like Worcestershire sauce, then you like anchovies. Anchovies are a main ingredient in Worcestershire sauce.

@nocturna1964 I'm allergic to any type of fish or shellfish. So I've had to do research, some store brand Worcestershire sauce are actually free from anchovies. Kroger brand is actually one of them. Here in Michigan, Meijer brand is free of anchovies as well. The Kraft brand of Green Goddess dressing no longer has anchovies, but it's just not fresh homemade!
