What was the amount of grain you used? One cup each or what? I don't like pressure cooking, but once I figure out the amounts I'll try it on the stove. Oh, I see you said the water goes 4:1 ratio with the grains.

There was waayyyy too much water at the end... he either needed to add less at the beginning or let it cook longer. This wasn't so much Cream of Wheat as it was a grain soup.
