Unfortunately you dont explain how you cook/bake. Is it on high heat? Should we preheat the oven? ..etc

Any cake that needs an oven necessarily needs a warm space that you have prepared in advance. In cooking this cheesecake, the oven must be preheated. The temperature of the oven is 115C° for 1 hour. To cook this cheesecake, we need a steam bath, so I used a hot water container next to the cheesecake container. As shown in the video. Thank you for asking ❤️
