Hello everyone! Today, I have something special for you - chicken fillet in honey-soy sauce. This recipe is very simple, but the taste will pleasantly surprise you. Cook with me and enjoy the exquisite flavor of this dish!
*Ingredients:*
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces (500 g)
- Flour (wheat + whole grain) - 25 g each
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 3-5 cloves
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
*Recipe:*
1. Trim any excess from the chicken fillet, rinse, and dry it. Make cuts as shown in the video.
2. Add salt, pepper, and dried paprika to the flour. Mix thoroughly. Dredge the chicken fillet in this mixture.
3. Add oil to a pan and fry the fillet over high heat until it turns a pleasant golden color. Then remove it from the pan.
4. Fry the peeled and coarsely chopped garlic until golden. Then remove it from the pan (or leave it if desired).
5. Add honey and soy sauce to the same pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Return the fried chicken fillet to the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for up to 20 minutes, occasionally turning the fillet and basting it with the sauce.
