I’m not going to lie, this is EXACTLY how me and my brother were brought up. Food was a privilege, privacy was a privilege, using the restroom was a privilege and I slept on a crib mattress on the floor with no blankets or pillows from 4-8 years old, locked in my room most of the time. Not even a 10th of it all either. So it absolutely infuriates me when I see others had to go through something so similar. This case hits so close to home for me.
