Those pickups were actually the best plays i've seen in sea of thieves so far. But you know that if the boat is too far, you can just take the memaid while a chest equipped and it'll teleport you there. Right?

Not most expensive sorry to say. The most Expensive is the Legend Chest (Athena Chest) which you get when you do the quest when becoming the pirate legend.
