I think the biggest issue with this house is with the space they had, they could've built a whole go-kart track, basketball court, garden area, cellar, heli-pad, observatory, library, guest house, etc. Instead, they filled it up with a million bars, bathrooms, and couches. Just a bunch of things nobody is gonna use, unless you're living with 3 generations of families in that one house. It's such a waste of potential, there was just no imagination or creativity. No wonder the house sold for half asking price (after already being on the market for 500mil OMEGALUL)

Not to mention cleaning. You're gonna have to constantly hire people to clean the house all over if you don't want grime and dust all around. It wouldn't be a money problem if you can afford the house but it is kinda bothersome to have people constantly coming in just to clean the place. Having a huge number of people live together makes the place feel like a dormitory where everyone's room is connected to one big living room but having a small number of people living like a family of 4 makes the other rooms almost useless unless everyone is constantly running around using most of them.

My honest guess for the goal for the dude who bought it would be to first; scrap literally all this bs and sell it off, house and all an im sure that would return the cost paid, I think millions left in the bank afterwards; reset and do something actually worthwhile in your now whole acre of land. No shot they keep it. Well maybe….but the cost for maintenance must be insane.

This is a house designed by someone with the mind of a 12 year old. A lot of it doesn't make sense, the proportions are all wack. X is right moaning about so many bars, for what reason are there so many? The office is also so weird, the priorities are like that of a 12 year old, all flash no utility. The office size seems big, but only vertically, floor space is tiny, same with the kitchen and library. An adult would have a bigger office, a bigger kitchen, a bigger library, and a smaller gym, fewer pointless powder rooms and pointless bars. Only thing I disagree with is the bowling alley, I think it's dope. I also think those panels absorb sound, which is pretty cool that they're decorative and functional. It's like its a fantasy home built for visitors and not comfort for the actual home owners. When you try to please others more than yourself you end up with this, an expensive but disjointed house where the outside kitchen is somehow way better than the inside kitchen, and your art gallery leads DIRECTLY to the garage, so if you get robbed, the thieves have literally only a few meters to transport your art to the get away vehicle xD

Felix, i get your frustration on the kitchen being bland and unusable - You must remember this is built for people who has never used a kitchen in their life, they don't even know how to use a kitchen, they have just seen one in a magazine, pointed and said "this, i want it to look like this." The people living here probably just goes to the kitchen, grabs a coffee from the coffee machine and a water bottle from the fridge, then leaves for whatever they need to do.

the worst part about the shower is that it points straight down right to where the lever to turn on the shower is, so you have a giant shower but only the tiny bit at the front is actually usable because thats the only place where the water actually goes. @@Hanson032 like i said...things can JUST suck. it's genuinely as simple as that. most of the time, there's no deeper meaning. i can eat shit covered and gold and still recignize it's literally poop, while also not giving a flying fuck that it's covered in gold. also, saying that stuff implies you can't even imagine him not being un-materialistic which shows very bad faith....kinda weirdchamp ngl
@Hanson032
@Hanson032 2 жыл бұрын
@@zzeroara9511 That's just incorrect. You and all the other average people in the world might think that the house sucks, but the guy who designed it, and the person who bought it obviously thought otherwise. It's called subjectivity, something that people like you can't really handle. "Bad Faith" implies that you follow xQc's words like he's your god, which is mega weirdchamp ngl.

The worst part of the house is the structural integrity. The marble is always cracking and the water is always leaking, so it requires constant expensive maintenance and cleaning. That's part of the reason why the original owner got sued dozens of times.

The bowling alley and VR golf room is dope. Cool garage and swimming pools and outdoor area, way too many bars/bathrooms/nonsense rooms added for the sole purpose of demanding a higher price. And of course it sells for half the price because not even Bezos thought this was a good investment.

Hey man you can sleep in one of the rooms on the lower floor. Just go down to hallway 17 go left then walk through bar #28, seating area #42. walk past the garage and head into the gym and go past the juice bar then idk somwhere down there you´ll get to the bowlng alley.. just walk through there and go towards the cinema where you have to take a turn to the right down to hallway 23. you need to walk past all bars and seating areas in this hallway. right at the end turn left and walk through the wellnes area aka prison. now its pretty simple you just head into hallway 25 and from there just keep on walking past all toilets until you reach the guest rooms. this house is literally a waste of everything... time spent to build , money , resources , space/land ........etc
