Too much windows, too much reflections, too much obvious flaws like the gaps in the kitchen counters, the "BBQ grill" that is practically just an XXXXL George Foreman Grill, The obnoxious amount of dust that would accumulate between all these unnecessary crevices, cracks and shelves you'll never use... not only the cars, its all the LV, hermes, dior towels, pillows and all that stuff that also adds up even the onyx plates which costs alot of money. The house itself probably isnt too expensive but all the extra stuff with it, thats probably what end up being $40m

classic american. This property is located on one of the fronds of the Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai's most expensive areas. These fronds are so exclusive as theres a limited amount of space because its like 3km in the sea. Not to mention this one is at the end of a frond so it has the most water and the best views. Its also one of the fronds near the Atlantis so there are fewer houses there and much more prestigious with better views. The land this house sits on is worth at least 5-10 mil. Those cars are most likely rentals and dont come with the property.

27:13 This is called the "Viewing Angle". The width of the display by the distance of your eye from the center, creates an angle in degrees. IMO a game or movie wont actually be immersive for anything less than 40 degrees. The vast majority of livingrooms even with pretty large TVs just sit so far away that their angle is well below 30 degrees, and in these $40M bedrooms the angle from the bed is likely below 15 degrees... absolutely unusable... Holding a 6-7in phone at your bellybutton like you would while mobile gaming is still 30 degrees or so, but to be >40 degrees like you can get arms distance from a 24" gaming monitor, your phone would almost be touching your nose.
