He called a medic for the lady just incase. But after awhile understood that she wanted to go home. Which she was really happy about. That's when these people showed up.

@@dbio305 I get that but what I'm saying is my bf and I were walking home from a bar one night and he was just slightly staggering (I was sober, I had a Pepsi) so the cops stopped us and gave him a $485 ticket for "public intoxication" & there wasn't even a soul around. No cars, no people, no nothing. Just us walking down my street, about 4 houses away. We weren't bothering ANYBODY, bc there wasn't anybody even around. We walked purposely so we wouldn't be driving home with the possibility of injuring ourselves or others, so how should we have gone home? And no, nobody could give us a ride and there were no Ubers or anything like that at the time and regular taxis that were around at that time didn't drive in our area bc we lived too far away from town where all the business was.
