Learned from a comment on another video of her she's a mom who left her job to work 13 hrs a day to look after her sick dad and child and others. Dad had roti stand for yrs. Not unusual in this and similar countries for young women to support their families esp sick parents or grandparents. Not going to judge or guess about rest of her private life. Her business. She is doing about 100 other things that are timed just right to get these all served out hot one after another. and that doesn't even speak of what she had to organize shop for and prepare on that all in one money making cart. Pure talent.

We would frequent a street “restaurant” (it has tables and chairs, but was on the street) for soup, made fresh while you wait. Menu in Thai however, so learn the words of your favourite key ingredients and try your luck.

O cidadão comum sempre foi obrigado a pagar taxas e impostos mais altos , mesmo trabalhando na rua . Essa é a questão amigo ! E se você for demitido de um emprego normal , ainda sim pode passar dificuldades , como qualquer pessoa . Aqui no Brasil as leis trabalhistas também nunca foi nenhuma maravilha .
