Hello again. I was raised on a farm, and we actually made syrup and sugar from cane. It was interesting watching as the two of you walked around in that old sugarcane mill. I saw in one view, midway through, where the cane was put into the press shoot to be taken to the rollers. The rollers crush the cane, squeezing the juice from it. The juice is then heated and continuously stirred until It becomes a thick syrup. It is then cooled, dried into a brittle, and then crushed into sugar. What a factory, that plant, must have been, in its day. 😄

Hola lau y amiga! I liked this video but it was a little dangerous. When I was about 9 years old I cut myself with a clean kitchen knife and got 7 stitches. A few days or a week later I was playing with a drill like it was a gun through the car window when my sister was driving. This object or drill had a screw on the side and a little bit of a screw was sticking out, this tip had rust on it, it touched the wound and then in a couple of minutes my finger swelled up as if it were going to explode, they had to take me to the surgery, at the same doctor office, to scrape out all the green blood inside and black blood outside, and this time, they did have to inject me with several shots of tetanus around the finger. I'm sorry to tell this story but I want you to be aware of how dangerous it is to cut yourself with something corroded if you cut yourself even a little.

PR was once one of the biggest Sugar producers in the world back in the day, not sure if it still is, probably not...my guess the last of these places closed in the 70's...if not long before...
