I own an arcade in Ventura, California that has Street Fighter 3 3S, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Capcom vs SNK 2, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat II, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Garou Mark of The Wolves, Samurai Shodown V Perfect, Fatal Fury 2, King of Fighters XIII & Tekken 3 (just to name the fighters on the floor currently) so Don's is NOT the last or only FGC arcade in SoCal Kong! Pastime Legends Arcade (we also have a full retail video game store next door to the arcade) look us up if you are in Ventura County (about an hour North from Los Angeles).

Hey, that's awesome! I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Ventura. Don's is unique for being in his garage though compared to established arcades and he's had a history of getting many FGC players to come out for both casual play and hosting tournaments. Do you ever host any events at your arcade? If so, lmk and would be a great time to check it out!

@KongsRUs Absolutely, we've done tournaments for Marvel vs Capcom 2 (on a Blast City) and we're planning to do a Third Strike tournament this year. I'll keep you posted when we have a date set!

I was in Huntersville NC three weeks ago and checked out an arcade bar called Super Abari in Charlotte during my visit. You would love it; it has a ton of pinball cabinets along with many classic arcade games.

I’m from Philadelphia (or Philly for short), the City Of Brotherly Love. My bro gave me a Pandora’s Box arcade system in January 2021 as a late Christmas gift (due to the pandemic). My Pandora’s Box 20S has them fighting games (Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Fatal Fury, Marvel Vs. Capcom, Darkstalkers, and Virtua Fighter). I brought my Pandora’s Box arcade system at my godsister’s birthday party a couple years back, and the kids enjoy playing Super Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat Trilogy. Pandora’s Box arcade systems are great party pleasers, and ideal for local tournaments (indoors and outdoors).

"Last Garage Arcade" Not true. Neko Dojo is a garage arcade in Kent, WA that is a big gathering point for 3rd Strike. It's also run by a guy named... Don. Anyway, I visited this place in 2019 and I was floorwd by the level of skill on display. One person was doing the "paint the fence" combo in CVS2.
