Assets increase faster than debt! The US could become solvent again. Nothing wrong with debt as long as you have real assets.

@@JoeBurnett27 that... is also contingent on everyone else believing that the underlying asset is valuable. people aren't dumb; when china and the rest of the brics see this, it's not like they can't understand "oh geez, the us is basically selling the value of their currency again". what's much more likely is that the bric would set up their own digital currency backed by real assets that they own but the us doesn't (like rare earth minerals). at which point, a hot war is likely going to start and none of this will matter anyway :(

I have a question for the Bitcoin community: When quantum computing can hack the current bitcoin we will take quantum security measures. But wallets that are not updated will be hacked. satoshi wallets (1 million bitcoin) and wallets that lost access (3 million bitcoin) someone will hack them and they will move and possibly sell the bitcoin. What will happen then? If that happens the price would do -99% in a few days. What does the community think about this?
