Here in ohio. The bass run a bit smaller so I generally use the 1/8 or 1/4 oz baits black/chart or white/chart with chart blades. I sometimes throw them up on a steep bank then let them fall in th water before starting my retrieve. Crazy but it works. #Buzz

I have always rolled that buzzbait as soon as it hits the water. I prefer a high gear ratio as well because ive learned with a buzzbait after they hit it alot of times they will come towards the boat and you need that high ratio to keep up with them. Great video. I love throwing a 1\8 oz Terminator buzz bait. I throw them year round to inside grass lines. Nearly beach my boat and make multiple casts in water less than a foot deep. Black is my favorite color especially on cloudy days. #BUZZ
