To me it seems like Rangan has been a pretty successful medical doctor of many years. What a brave person he is to take a deeper look into his profession in his pursuit of the truth. Tonight, I used this podcast whilst I was marking my GCSE coursework. I played it in the background with the intention of hearing Rangan's voice that has always had a soothing effect on me when I needed to concentrate. Not surprisingly, the chat was so inspiring, I had to tune in properly!

I have been on this journey myself for many years now negative harsh inner self and I can see I'm making progress, but the people I'm close with we see things in different lenses, and based on experience people just can change Jay it's like what Dr. Rangan said it's what they've become and changing that means changing who they are or changing a part or piece of themselves... unless they are willing to...and I would give up changing them because I wouldn't want to be addicted fixing others. This is good community Jay, people who are open and have the volition to change.

Loved this interview. Glad this compassion approach. And placing the power and awareness into people’s hands. I know people change when they want to. For whom or what they want to. I’ve been saying this for years. Glad he’s breaking it further down because a lot of people looking for a fast fix or they are hearing what they want to hear. The power is within them. Love loved this interview.

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

Really interesting podcast. I’ve shared with multiple people which I never do and I’ve pre-ordered the book which I also never do. I also think social media has caused many of us to become more reliant on external validation. I don’t just mean the whole like culture but the chat groups where people ask if they are right or for advice before taking a step. Thanks again for the great show.

Wonderful episode. Accountability and personal responsibility are key to improving one’s health. The wisdom of Black and Indigenous feminists complements this. Talking about lasting change and finding greater humanity within, especially in a society founded on and organized by the dehumanization-genocide, land dispossession, slavery, patriarchy, homophobia-must necessarily include addressing the impacts of systemic racism and oppression with respect to the social determinants of health. If we’re truly coming from the heart, we need to expand our hearts’ desires to include good health and lasting change for the most vulnerable and disenfranchised in our communities and society. Bless. 🙏🏾

1. Listen to your body - Pay attention to what your body needs and how it feels. 2. Avoid information overload - Don’t let too much advice overwhelm you. Focus on what truly matters. 3. Understand your habits - Before changing a habit, figure out why you do it. 4. Create small daily rituals - Small, consistent actions can lead to big, long-lasting changes. 5. Learn to say no - Set boundaries to protect your time and energy.

I don't agree what you said as a doctor. I really appreciate my doctor tell me to quit my bad habits. I am sure any adult will not accept what the doctor tell them. Maybe it is hard to stop and they don't stop immediately but it is always something will bother or it will ring your voice in the ear whenever they try to do this bad habit.
