A speech each of us needs to hear. We are already almost entering a One World Government, and submitting to a New World Order. It isn't too late to defeat them! Let's act before our hands are tied behind our backs!

It's been relevant for time, since the creation of the book, since the formation of parliament, since the beginning of autocracy and feudalism, people have always pushed for singular leaders to lead and have adject power and status over them. The idea that we need a shepard or parental figure that somehow has more inclination and understanding of what is best for us than ourselves. Like V's speech says we look to blame those in power and those above us but in reality it is us ourselves who are to blame for allowing it to happen. Whether it be infighting, different ideologies, different enemies, fear, uncertainty, different points of view...end of the day its up to us all to take charge of our own life's or we will continue to be a cog in the corrupt 1:32 1:32 system, guilt free of the damage we cause by being silent and unmoving, watching as our fellow man be cast aside and treated inhumanly frightened that it could be us next If we speak up... Everyone always thinks the fight is won on the battlefield or in the streets ..but to get there the battle withing your mind..your very soul must be won. If you want change go out and fight for it...but just make sure before you do you've accepted that your willing to die for it.. or you will never see it.

These days? These centuries, maybe. We only see our one little slice of history, the tiny shred of time that we occupy. Hegemony, rule by fear, the rights of the feeble many - distracted by uncivil discourse - outweighed by those of the powerful few...these date back to the most ancient civilizations. Man is a simple creature, governed and guided not by logic or reason, but by raw passion and instinct. The limbic system, exercising its power in all its ugly glory. The will to power - all else is trivia. He said as he posted a pointlessly pedantic comment on KZbin

Except the government doesn't use fear to control people anymore. Now it uses _anger._ It doesn't keep people scared or apathetic, it keeps them enraged. Enraged with _each other._ Every politician and party's message can be summed up as "the other guy is evil and here's why you should hate him. Vote for me and I'll punish him, even though I'm guilty of the exact same things, but you're too angry at the other guy to notice that." And people actually _buy into it._ We _think_ we're fighting for change, or justice, it improvement, when really we're perpetuating the same cycle. Theyve taken speeches like this, and turned them into another method of control , and no one notices because they all _think_ they're defying that control.

The government is not the problem. The government is a creation of the people, an entity allowed to exist and given authority because we wish it; how could such a thing be, by its nature, the problem? No, government is a medium that we can use as we see fit.
