As a kinda new console tracer main myself I think it is impossible to do 180 blink melees. My sensivity is 100 and my aim ease in is 0 but it isnt enough to 180 :(

Yeah, console is a different beast with tips. With omnidirectional blinks though, I recommend getting really good with the diagonal blinks, that way you only have to turn around 90 degrees for the melee
