The best midfield in the prem is a hard question. What's considered the best? The best starting midfield and that's it? The team that has the best midfielders not just the starting midfielders but the back up. Spurs, Chelsea, United all have a great starting midfield but not much else. However city and Liverpool have better depth with city having silva, de bruyne, toure, gundogan, silva and Liverpool with Henderson, lallana, Ox, Milner, coutinho, wijnaldum, Emre can and Keita joining that next season!

Joe, I don't think Drinkwater is as bad as u make him to be even though I don't agree with the price that Chelsea paid. I know that he would be an automatic starter if he came but let's say Kroos, for example, if he comes to Chelsea, he wouldn't accept being a 4th choice CM so Drinkwater is perfect. Also, him & Kanté have good chemistry as a pair so he isn't that bad. Utter rubbish and you know it. Madrid is a blindly loved team for their history and everyone knows it. Loving Ronaldo is part of loving madrid whether messi is better or not. Which he is. Ronaldo is best goalscorer in the world we know this. Messi is the best players. He will be on a hattrick and still play the sensible pass to get his team a goal instead of being greedy. He can create more. His vision. His ability. His everything except maybe his heading and his long shot. Plus he scores way more headers due to his height and yet messi still outscores him somehow. Great players but undoubtably different. Messi however is the greatest player and Ronaldo the greatest goalscorer.
