It’s seriously gotta be a manic episode (or something similar). I recently had a family member (who was previously normal) go through a debilitating manic episode, to the point where he ran barefoot into the woods and hid for eight hours straight during the day. He’s alright now, but not the same. His mania was triggered by a project he was doing that was clearly stressing him out, and he acted very similarly to Niall. This, excited, almost childlike, very emotional, expressive, and impulsive disposition is essentially the main symptom we saw. This dude should have been stopped long ago. He isn’t mentally healthy.

He gives off very aggressive vibes, like when he slapped the interviewer, he said most guys in LA are scumbags, again projecting. This guy seems like he never grew up, he's never been told no. I highly doubt he fell in love, seems like the kind of dude who uses his money to get what he wants. I feel bad for his ex. The man is clearly hopped up on coke and steroids or something. He's definitely having a break down but it comes across like substance abuse psychosis.

Yup, especially since a lot of times he goes "my" like when he was talking about the master bedroom pool he said "I wanna say my" and then I think for most of the video he referred to items/rooms as his. And he's sure to mention how all the art is his, how he picked out everything... by the time he was talking about the god plane idea or even the helicopter idea (despite the fact that the house is already on the market, so all these big changes aren't... ok?) I was like "uh does he know this isn't HIS house?" He seems to have a lot of personal stories attached to it too, like whatever the reason was that he brought up his divorce and then the tangent about his billionaire friend not helping him when he was poor. Really seems like he made that house from a personal dream rather than a business move. I feel like he needs maybe a forced pause to just *not* do anything, some patient, caring loved ones, and a therapist :/

Feels like he made it for himself. I think the hologram part he was referring to was something like Microsoft's Hololens project which is like augmented reality headset. In their ted talk(you should watch it if u haven't it is pretty sick) they make setup on stage which pretty much does what he was saying. This is the closest thing I can think of.

That's the issue, the potential market of people on earth who could possibly buy this house is soo small, and of that limited clientele... which of those billionaires would WANT to live in this place? Who wants to walk a mile and a half from their bedroom to grab something from the living room, or worry about having employees to keep the candy room stocked EDIT: he mentions all the lights being custom like it's a good thing, imagine having to get a custom bulb made every time a light went out 😭

There are certain parts that are cool but I don’t want to have to use a golf cart to just get around the house and I would never be able to use all of that space and the amount of money I would need to have to care for that house and maintain it would cost a person millions of dollars a year. It’s just not worth it.
