Yeah I didn't know either but after watching more of Mark's videos i realised she was married to Mark and they have a child named Micah which normally travels with them too. They make a great team because most of the times Mark will be in front of the camera while Ying holding the camera and the child, capturing all the amazing foods.

I LOVED that you included Ying’s tasting and review of the food. It should always be included. Its nice to have different people’s take on the food and if she is eating something different too. I asked for it when you were in the middle east. Please include her as much as possible. It’s nice to have a woman’s point of view. In Thailand we reconstruct sushi into "Larb", meaning we use raw sushi and create "Thai spicy dish on sushi" called "Larb". You should try it! It's so delicious.

I had that in Bangkok once and instantly got addicted to it. It's a shame that it's not popular outside Thailand. It really deserves to be the flagship dish for all Thai food.

It's too spicy for westerners more often than not. And this type of heavy flavors dish, sweet, salty, sour, and spicy, is an acquired taste. I've seen a Thai restaurant in Chicago put it in their promotional (temporary) menu, wouldn't called it a success. They tried to replicate the taste but had to tone down the spiciness causing the overall taste to be "meh". Also very hard to eat in a relatively fancy restaurant because you need to use your hands to enjoy the most of it.
