@@irieite9666I deposited ~20k and over 2 years turned it into ~45 at the peak. Then it crashed to around 15-20. Luckily I withdrew and doing well financially now. I don’t think it’s fair to expect Jim to apologise though.

The reason they say it is because once the player enters the last year there is a power shift in negotiations and it makes it harder to do business. Before it gets to the last year you can sell the players for decent fees and the players won’t sit on the bench for 2 years and see out their contracts. Taking over with 3 of your best players on 1 year left is a disaster to deal with

Liverpool owners FSG have deliberately left the re-signing of Salah and Van Dyke until the end of the January transfer window, so they can claim to us fans they are like "new signings" and so they can avoid spending ANY money yet again. They think they are clever, but we fans can see it coming a mile off with their track record of not spending. If they can't afford LFC they should sell up and go somewhere cheaper.

Players such as Arguero, Pique, and Suarez, along with others who have a dislike for Ronaldo, are not motivated by football but rather by jealousy. They resort to belittling Ronaldo in order to keep Messi in the spotlight because they know he is far superior to Messi. With his numerous victories and team-carrying performances, Ronaldo has solidified himself as the greatest player, while Messi has been carried by his teammates and aided by FIFA's support. In Messi's first Copa America appearance in 2007, he only managed to score 2 goals and provide 1 assist as Argentina lost to Brazil in the final. He did not lead the team in any significant way. In the 2011 Copa America, Messi failed to score or assist any goals as Argentina lost in the quarter-finals to Uruguay. It was not Messi who led them there with his goal contributions, but rather Uruguay's players. In his third Copa America appearance in 2015, Messi scored only 1 goal and had no assists recorded. He also participated in his first FIFA World Cup in 2006, where he scored 1 goal and provided 1 assist. Despite being labeled as the best player ever, he did not carry the team or contribute much during this tournament either. Some may argue that it was his lack of experience as it was his first World Cup appearance. However, in his second World Cup appearance in 2010 where he had more experience, he failed to score any goals and provided 0 assist throughout the entire tournament. Similarly in 2018, Messi only scored 1 goal against Nigeria and had no assists recorded yet some people still claim him to be the greatest player without considering FIFA's influence and his friends' hype. Without their support, Messi is simply an average player just like Grielish.
