Using the Chet infinite xp/9mil/caps glitch, you can hit the level cap and then try to rebuild your character. This isn't really an easter egg or anything, but I found a line of dialogue I found interesting, like out of nowhere, playing Fallout 4 the other day at Bunker Hill. The merchant there, I think her name is Deb (I got to a point where I stopped looking at names; usually it's either "bitch in the tacky jumpsuit", "the junkie wearing too much make-up", "vault-tec guy mah' man", etc.), but anyway. This was a post-game encounter after defeating the Institute and the Bunker Hill boss telling you "hey you're cool, you can hang here", which gives you access to the BH settlement, but this can also happen after the Battle for Bunker Hill quest regardless of who you side with. Anyway, I talk to Deb to unload some legendary stuff and clean her out again because I have more caps than I know what to do with because of console commands and a levelling/perks/skills mod. She makes this very snide remark that's like "Oh, if it ain't the General of the Minutemen coming down from his castle to spend some caps at my little shop". I was expecting a dialogue option to react to that response, but no. It just seemed so out of nowhere, she's not usually like this. Sure, I know not everyone at Bunker Hill likes the Minutemen, but after saving their asses from the Brotherhood and the Institute turning their cluster of huts and brahmin dung into a warzone, I feel like she should be a bit more, I don't know, grateful.

Theres an exploit in which you can do an infinite xp gain using the store clerk and passing a speech check that level you to max level, and if you edit your character before leaving town, certain perks you previously selected will be retained whilst also allowing you to reallocate the xp earned to level up again and select all new perks. This means you can leave with a max level character, all level 10 SPECIAL and 2x as many perks at max level as you the game would normally allow you. I did this exploit on ps3 with all the DLCs to maximise my level cap and it took me about 4 IRL days of playtime repeating this speech check exploit to reach max level, with the final levels taking around 2 hours of repeatedly pressing certain button combinations to complete the exploit as fast as possible.

I always forget about the stacking Traits bug. Usually, I go with what people mention on here, combining Good Natured and Skilled, since I'm usually the type of player to pick a favorite weapon and stick with it, so losing out on Skill Points for weapons I never use isn't an issue for me. I do admit that I usually play with mods, so in the long run, this isn't really relevant. I typically go with a mod to activate Wild Wasteland without wasting a Trait, since it doesn't seem fair to lose out on character building because you want to see content that's already part of the game, and a level-cap remover alongside a mod called "Limitless Stats" that allows Skills/SPECIAL to go above 100/10. This is mainly because I like to play TTW and don't want to hit the caps halfway through my run. I'd like leveling and combat to remain relevant throughout the whole game, and TTW is the only way my computer will run FO3 anyways. (Vanilla FO3 won't run properly, but New Vegas will, for some reason) I'm considering one last playthrough, since TTW 3.3 is out now, and if I play the game in the future, it'll probably be the FO4 fan remakes. This is nice to know when I start my run. If the bug hasn't been fixed in TTW, the same thing should be possible when leaving Vault 101.

No Mantis...you should re-edit this. You start off and put more skill points into your combat skills while leaving the non-combat ones intentionally a little bit lower. Then you pick skilled and good natured in the docs house and again whilst leaving Goodsprings. This boosts all skills up nice and evenly. Then you head north, past Brookes Tumbleweed Ranch, and kill the mercenaries to get the unique YCS gun. Then head to Old World Blues and do the third and final skill stuff and only then do you select Wild Wasteland. Now once back in the Mojave Wasteland go back to where the mercs were and there'll be aliens now instead. Boom! 2 unique weapons for the price of 1. But don't use the alien blaster because there's barely any ammo and it's irreplaceable. I prefer to save it till I've completed all quests and saved. Same with the holy hand grenades. That way I can waste them having fun and just reload my old save!
