The thing with Hubbard is that he was playing through an ankle injury that required surgery to fix. This April he had a complete deltoid reconstruction, and a tight rope surgery to fix his ankle. So that's a big reason why he didn't play well. But I don't disagree, I have never thought he was the best pass rusher, and I think Myles Murphy is going to take a good amount of his work load away from him this season.

Derwin James is going to be one of the best safeties this year under Harbaugh and Minter, mark my words. Staley's system did something that no one thought was possible and brought out the worst in each player. Harbaugh and Minter bring out the best in each player. Also the NFL rule changes that are basically making it flag football really hurt Derwin and his physical, hard-hitting mentality last year. An offseason to adjust to those rules is all he needs

Jsn is a terrible pick. He didn’t get used at all for his first few games and went crazy in the middle to the end of last season. He will improve a lot this year

Yes I totally agree with you on Jerry Jeudy. Not just overrated but not good. At all. Sam Hubbard had a down year last year because he was hurt and should not have been playing. He had surgery on his ankle right when the season ended. Again he is the best run stopping DE in football and judged against all the other edges and DE’s in his draft class up until this point he is the best out of that class. You want an overrated Edge from the 2018 class Marcus Davenport the 12th overall pick is your guy.

I would change Kyle Pitts o er to WR. Yes he is 6’6’’ 245 but he runs 4.40. That’s faster than most WRs in the league run. And on Ronnie Stanley I feel you. He had 1 standout year of football. He has NEVER played an entire season of football. He was an All Pro and Pro Bowl in 2019 and the next 4 years he has played a total of 30 games. In 4 years he has played 30 games out of a possible 68 games. The dude is highly overrated. In 2019 that the year Lamar won MVP and he rushed for 1200 yards. It’s pretty dam easy to block for a QB who runs 4.3 something and who has more rushing yards than the teams RB has. It’s easier to block for a QB who is hyper mobile. He managed to play a whole 13 games in 2023 and he also had 12 penalties lol. Mostly holding and false starts.

Well you gotta actually look at the whole situation for jsn. Had injuries at the o line causing us to use more tight end which means less wrs and he’s not better than the two guys ahead of him so he lost playing time. He also wasn’t really being used to the best of his ability and Shane Waldron didn’t really help for this pick i don’t necessarily think you could’ve picked anyone else so good Job I just didn’t like the way you explained what happend in his season.

Woa dude no no no! Sam Hubbard is not overrated. He is the best run stopping DE in football! And did you know of ALL the Edges and DE’s drafted in 2018 Sam Hubbard leads ALL of them in Tackles in Sacks and Forced Fumbles. He makes only 10 million dollars a year and is indispensable to the Bengals. HE WAS HURT THIS YEAR!! HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLAYING!! He had ankle surgery the day after the season ended. In 2021 and 2022 he had at least 50 pressures both years. So no I do not agree with this. Again Sam was hurt last year. He should not have been playing.

Aaron Rodgers played with a broken thumb on his throwing hand(Week 5) his last yr in GB. I don't think anyone is expecting him to be like 20/21 but you have to take that injury into consideration when you are mentioning it was his worst yr.

Yes, Rodgers hurt his thumb in week 5 it was reported sore for a few weeks but by week 9 vs Detroit he was fine. Rodgers thumb had nothing to do with his down year, nothing, if anything he played okay during the sore time it was all the other games that he struggled.

What these idiots just don’t get is that the last Generational QB that was drafted was 2020 when Joe Burrow was taken 1st overall. Not Lawrence. Not Williams. And Not Andrew Luck. Luck was good but not as good as Burrow. Burrow had the best season any QB has ever had in the history of football in 2019 at LSU in only 15 games. 5700+ passing yards. 60 passing TDs. 350 yards rushing. 5 touchdowns. 76.7% completion percentage. 203.7 passer rating. That is generational production. It will be 20 years before that’s ever replicated if ever.

I think Sam Hubbard is underated. Dak Prescott should have been the MVP last year. They gave it to Lamar Jackson for some reason. Lamar didn’t deserve it. The production was t there. Lamar chocked in big games. In 6 years he is 2-4 in the playoffs. Dak isn’t overrated. Maybe a bit underrated but not over.

Dude I am a die hard LSU fan. I watch every game very closely. You are wrong about Jaden Daniels. He has more than enough arm strength and he is faster than Justin Fields and maybe faster than Lamar is. He is going to be a very good NFL player. And if I were the Patriots I would have traded up to get him. I’ve got some bad news for you about Drake Maye. I think he is going to be a bust. He can’t handle being under pressure. And with bad offensive line which the Patriots have he is going to get lit up. Mayes numbers under pressure were attrocious last year. Jaden Daniels numbers with a clean pocket were the best In the country last year. Daniel’s numbers under pressure again were the best in America last year. And again I don’t think you can say a player who hasn’t taken a snap yet is overrated. It doesn’t make sense. Maybe after they play for a year you will realize you were wrong or that they are underrated. You can’t judge someone on doing something they haven’t even done yet. Thats asinine. Yea you are wrong about Jaden Daniels and after he wins the rookie of the year this year you will have to eat those words. And you really pissed me off. Malik Willis should have been the guy for the titans. And you may say but he sucks. And thats true but there are still people that think he could be good he just never got a fair shake. And I am sick and tired of them lol. Edit: also barring injury to either play I bet Pollard has a better year than henry. Not a huge pollard fan but going back to a good time share and away from the injury I think he gets back to that 5-10 range form. Henry may top him in rushing yards if the ravens go away from their 200 carries for their lead back mantra but i dont see any way he is more efficient this year.

YES!! I agree with you about Caleb Williams! I think he is highly overrated and when we look back at this class in 4 years I’m certain that Caleb Williams will not make the top 5. I think the Eagles most overrated player was Hassan Reddick, but they don't have him anymore. Right now, I'd say Devin White is their most overrated player. Interesting. Odell Juunior way overrated. Really didn't need him in Miami. Might be to slow. To me Tua is way over rated yes he has put up good numbers. Good teams figure them out. Lets be fair, Von Miller last year was coming off an injury and was finally getting better as the year went on. You will have a better idea this upcoming year. It will be like saying Matt Milano plays this year and has a sub-par year. Will you then say he is overrated next year??? I do very much agree with Murray, with his leg injuries already, he will be unable to avoid/evade defenders as well which will lead to even more injuries. Too small to not be a stay in the pocket timing QB like Brees or Tua.
