One of the major reasons KZbin “allows” these accounts to exist is them knowing if they shoot down the accounts, the scammers don’t give up, they will automate new accounts and a mass wave of new accounts will spread like a infection. With the new accounts there isn’t comments and rating that won’t be there to let people know it’s a scam. It’s best to just let the scammers have their one main account with past feed back for people to see.
