Counting the normalization, Type 71 with cali on premium AP should be the heavy with most penetration with just 2mm more pen than WZ-113. Nevertheless, difference isn't noticable but just the little fact. Great video Droods as always (:

It did get worse, I don't agree with you, but it's fine. The pen was good even before the buff, it didn't need a pen buff. However the dispersion and DPM nerf is big and these are really affect the tank.
