Having an "On/Off" lock screen widget would significantly improve the user experience. Once you have the lights set up there really shouldn't be a reason to go back into the app (except battery life, but even then you could just get a notification when the batteries are low). A single tap on my phone's lock screen would be much simpler than unlocking my phone, swiping to the app, opening the app, then turning them off.

@@ShredLights combo pack "discounts" aren't really discounts. Also, your math ain't mathing: I'm seeing $74.99 for the 2-pack and $144.99 for the 4-pack, which if you agree with the (flawed) logic that the combo pack has a discount, it's only $4.99 "discounted"?

I’d love if they made a small simple three button “chocolate bar style” remote that had a left turn cancel and right turn button. If it came with some double sided tape you could just stick it to the back of the skateboard remote. You’d be able to use your index middle and ring fingers to activate the turn signals.

shredlights are pricey, but their customer service is amazing. I had issues with some SLFX+ lights and they sent me 3 lights free of charge, no questions asked. Would definitely buy again

The amount of volume they sell them with for the low production cost and high price they ask, they can offer that kind of warranty, better would be if that kind of warranty would not be needed. 😉

The biggest problem with Shredlights sl-200/300 is that they blind other road users when mounted on a skateboard, they should make better mounts that are adjustable or be able to adjust the lens angle internally. Even better would be if they change the lens itself so that the top of the light bundle is being cut off like with cars. In the end I just think that the shape of the light bundle has too much spread in the top to compensate for with just other mounts without losing effectiveness of the light itself. I really don't understand how they haven't figured that out themselves after so many version releases. The original black top caps look so much better and more discrete, who want baby blue and red lights on their skateboard?... The big succes of Shredlights also has allot to do with the lack of good competition in the market.
