Historical fact: house Tarnawski (proper modern Polish spelling is with "w" as we don't use "v" in our alphabet, though it is spelled like English "v") was a real historical Polish noble family of Wallachian and potential Hungarian origins, who held respectable amount of influence and power in the area of modern western Ukraine and southeastern Poland. Descendants of the house fought during Second World War, and the house is still alive today. Second fact: my great-great-grandmother was from the house Tarnawski ;)

Simo, the reason that they spell it Tarnavski with a v and Tarnawski with a w is because in the Polish alphabet there is no v, so we use w instead of v

The editing still feels too over memed and as if it sometimes tries too hard to take the spotlight of the video rather than leaving that to the gameplay, but I gotta say it's an improvement over last video's editing. My feedback would be that loud abnoxious noises and covering up almost half of the screen should always be avoided no matter what the context is, since it's very disruptive and I'm just really not a fan of loud = funny editing. It's something that could quietly drive new people away from the channel. If some of the louder sound effects are used, it might help to reserve them for the more impactful moments so it doesn't feel as random and unexpected. Bad example of this is the really loud and sudden metal pipe falling sound effects when people get hit in a fighting game in which people tend to get hit all the time. Other issues are certain sound effects getting too repetetive, and the intense moment like at 13:20 getting disrupted by memes or the heart beat sound effect. It'd have been better to just let the music and gameplay carry that moment and it's a great example of overediting in my opinion. The edit at 14:54 was a nice way to break the intense silence without breaking the flow of the strike. I really appreciate the gameplay not getting paused there and think it's a good example of a more impactful edit like mentioned earlier in this comment. Not trying to rag on the editor, I just care about the channel and have loved watching your videos for quite a while now. He has big potential and I have faith in him improving a lot as time goes on

i always liked the meme type of edited gameplay (mr editor youre doing well dont worry) but i personally would either take it easy, put them less often, like give some actual uncut gameplay 2/3 of the time and the meme when there big meme potential 1/3 of the time. OR at least do the screamed memes a tad bit quieter cause as a headphones user im dying sometimes.

Ive been a long time viewer of your content and will always be a fan but i must say the new editing i dislike quite a bit. From what i can tell you have hired a editor which im happy about for you but i find the AI narrator's voice to be quite grating and distracting with a lot of the lines feeling unneeded or the jokes not landing (for me at least as its all subjective). Id personally like to see the voiced changed to a different one as i wouldnt mind it if it sounded different. Ive also noticed, especially in the last video on first cut: samurai duel; that all of the new editing leaves almost no actual footage of the gameplay which is what i enjoy about your longer videos. It seems like these vids are edited like your mount and blade experience video (i.e. aesrai experience) which works well for the shorter more snappy video. I feel like there is so much focus on the editing and narration that we miss the gameplay of what your showing off. I love when you showcase updates on this game and after your last vid i checked out first cut and loved the game but i feel like im missing out on the actual showcase of the game with the new editing unlike your other videos where i felt there was a pretty good mix of gameplay and funny editing with enough room to lean into one or the other depending on whats going on. Your humor is still prevalent which i like though. It like how i can still easily tell this is a video from you. It also has some more snappy eye catching edits that work as well so dont think there isnt any type of improvement i just find some changes arent working as well as others. (Once again just my opinion and im 1 random on the internet) As i said ive been a fan for a while and always will be. I love seeing you do well and succeed so dont take this as hate at all. I just felt the need to pitch in my two cents as it seems your trying to experiment on some new things in your videos as of late and i assume you would like some feedback on things. Love your content and keep doing what your doing man, much love❤️

Would also add that, of course, even some of the stuff i mentioned that felt off or didnt quite work for me landed well at times so i wouldnt just ditch those things entirely id just tweak some of it at some times

9:58 you only lose 1 morale against samuel on ANY difficulty For rapiers, hold long guard to defend against them- it will bind and push aside most thrusts.

A greatsword in a 1v1 civilian clothing setting is utterly pointless. Not only that, it just doesn't make sense to use over longsword which is slightly less cumbersome and still kills unarmored people in one clean hit. But I feel like they're gonna have an armor duel mode with more weapons at some point. Because that boss fight with armor indicates it is possible.

@@Inaluogh People did use greatswords for dueling though. It happened in XVI and early XVII century Poland, initially as a way of countering foreigners using rapiers. Maybe it would be unbalanced as a regular character but a guy with a greatsword for a boss fight would be cool.
