Make sure you use a larger diameter washer than what they show. It needs to be bigger than the rubber spacer. A smaller washer, like shown in video, will just chew up the spacers when you compress the pedal. Mine only lasted about 2-3 weeks before I needed to replace them before I switched to a larger diameter washer. Been going strong now for a full month and no wear to speak of.

That is true, but mine are still going strong after a year. You have maybe softer rubber spacers. Or i'm too gentle on the brakes :D

Had a similar setup, but with skateboard bushings opposed to a thrustmaster spring. Really liked it. That way you have even less travel and can really focus on just using force instead of travel to brake. One side note, they did kinda break quite quickly, so be ready to order a new set of rubbers sooner than you'd think

I also have the skateboard bushings but I don't use them. I still like a little bit of travel. The original rubber spacers still holding after 6 months of use and I still have spares from the original package so no problem there :)

Add oil to the center rod and put a washer in between each spacer. Should help it last longer. 25 mm diameter washer

That's exactly my setup. I used the red spring, A38 rubber spacers and washers. With the red spring, there isnt noticeable stages, it feels transitional between the spring and rubber

Wow. Thank you so very much man. I ordered them but a little bit softer ones. you are using the Shore 85, at least the Amazon Link is leading to them. I thought that might be a bit too hard. So i ordered Shore 68 and i put them on today. Dude, perfection !!! I use them with the red Spring instead of the black one u used in the Video. Maybe that equals the Rubber Stiffness and the Spring Setup you are using with my Setup right now 😅 Anyways. Thanks alot 🙏🏼💪🏻 Greetz

Glad I helped! Yes you can play with different rubber stiffness to get the best feeling. It's much better than stock springs only.

How often do you find you need to swap the rubber spacers? Been using heavily for about 3 months now, and I can't tell if it's just in my head, or if I have more travel than before.

hello friend I bought the tlcm a couple of days ago and I also bought these elastomers, which you recommended. I ask you, do you by any chance have a calibration done on the PC to recommend? congratulations and thanks for the idea you showed
