Я тоже живу в деревне, у меня есть огород, стараюсь сажать, что у нас растёт, потом делаю заготовки на зиму. Теперь у нас зима, каждый день идёт снег, огород покрылся снежным одеялом. Я смотрю все отходы идёт у вас в пользу, я так же делаю, потому что у меня тоже есть скатина: овечки, коза, куры.Я желаю вам всего доброго, пусть все люди живут дружно, на земле всем место хватает, Бог нам все даёт, надо быть благодарным за это!

Это длинная стручковая фасоль- джанду. Растёт очень быстро. Если её посеять в огороде когда уже нет заморозков, то она и в России будет расти. Вкусная когда зелёная, её надо жарить с луком или с яйцами. Можно ложить в борщ, в суп, в подливку. Можно замораживать на зиму.
