easiest puzzle ever given on this channel but im happy nonetheless 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 queen takes the f7 pawn, king h8, then the rook "ups," taking the knight, queen comes back to original position.

Your conclusion is correct, but please announce move-order/move.number like I do and your comments will be perfect. ;)

@renehenriksen1735 😀 I just like to explain in a little more detail than you my friend ( I do not actually include the number of moves as I assume the majority of chess players can actually count!!) I guess either way is acceptable? 😏 All the very best my friend 👍

@@honestlozI think you misunderstood me a little. I meant that you should announce the move-number before announcing White´s move and then Black´s move. That way it looks more digestible for many people´s brains. Just like when splitting a big text up into smaller sections, so it doesn´t look like so much hard reading-work. It´s the same amount of text but looks for the brain like something it can overcome and not get so overwhelmed. I think you understand my point my friend. All the best with your chess. :)

1. f6 should do the trick, too - but allowing a queen sacrifice to delay.

@@hellmouthisnogod1843 Please show the line you have in mind. Is it checkmate in 3 moves or has Black got a defence that delays it?

@@renehenriksen1735 the line shown is checkmate in three - the alternative which I mentioned (1. f6) allows 1. ... Qxf6 giving a mate in 4

@@hellmouthisnogod1843 Allright so it´s a mate in 4 which of course isn´t bad because it´s winning, but we were looking for mate in 3. ;)
@hellmouthisnogod1843
@hellmouthisnogod1843 7 ай бұрын
@@renehenriksen1735 I know, that is why I began with acknowledging that the solution is correct and the only one to result in checkmate in 3 moves; the second best solution requires a queen sacrifice by black in the first move to delay the mate by one move.
