On the subject of genetic RNG and viral infections: I have a friend couple. They went shopping with his mother one day about a year ago. His mother had Covid, but was barely showing symptoms. The next day she informed them of her newly-positive status. The couple isolated together. His wife started showing symptoms a couple days later. They continued to isolate together, only having direct contact with each other, sleeping in the same bed, their roommates sanitizing plates, etc. that are taken from their room. He never shows symptoms, never tests positive, feels completely fine, while she has a moderate fever, loses her sense of taste and smell, and has most other symptoms to a mild degree. He continued to test every few days until a couple weeks after she finally tested negative. His tests never came up positive.

Both of my 70 year old parents had covid in the summer of 2020 when things were bad and didn't really know what to do, we were worried with their age but they both said it wasn't bad at all for them (mom said it was like a mild sinus infection, dad said it was like a cold with a fever....he STILL was going outside and doing yard work like a dummy) early on I believed genetics played a huge roll and after seeing how both of them had no serious issues I decided not to vax right away once it came out. Nov 2021 my 6 month pregnant wife starts to feel a migraine coming on (she has chronic migraines) and being pregnant couldn't take her meds for it so OBG sent her to the ER to get checked and get fluids to try and help...well she tested positive for covid she didn't know she had and then gave it to me. All her "symptoms" were from being 6 months pregnant and mine were a slight loss of taste but nothing else. Aug 2022 my 6-7 month old baby had a fever and ended up testing positive for the rona, neither my wife or myself were positive. Baby had a fever for 2 days and then nothing, about a week later my wife (who worked in a hospital and Dr office since before covid was a things and worked all through it) finally tested positive when she tested at work and then I tested positive a day later. None of us are vaxed and none of us even knew we had it or had anything wrong other than my wife having some "tummy" issues. It can't be a coincidence that NONE of us were affected by covid with our genetics. I still made my parents get vaxed with their age and they got all boosters....still got covid a 2nd time and it was still very mild for both of them. This is just a crazy still fairly underknown thing, I heard a doctor talking about how we know what to do for people over 75 and mostly know what to do for 65+ but still don't really know for anyone under 40. Don't know how true that is but he is a doctor...sooo....
