this is on ocean drive in south beach, miami. i live a few blocks away and i run into him on the street pretty often. same blue bucket for years. you can usually find him on touristy streets like ocean and collins. the owner is an old guy, he's usually a block ahead of the dog

Actually,this dog was beaten in order to do this, it's owner was named Noe Boe, a homeless man who trained it to pick up cash from people in Miami Beach, FL. Either way, i agree with you, just pointing this out.

I went Google to read up about this dog. His owner actually trained this dog to beg money for him and was seen abusing this dog name Chocolate by a policeman, owner punched, kicked and drag this dog behind his bicycle. Now this dog is in the shelter. Please everyone, go to the web page to read up and see what can be done to help this poor dog.
