The Most Technical Track We've Driven: Pineview Run (S2K Takeover)

Part of the S2K Takeover circuit in 2022, track #35 may be the most technical circuit we've driven to-date. The 1.1 mile 15 turn lap at Pineview Run Auto & Country Club challenges with 250ft of elevation change while the club's amenities mean you can recover between sessions in luxury.

Just discovered your channel. As someone who has been going to track days since the 1980s, this is a great concept. And very well done. One little suggestion is to add some commentary of safety aspects of the track, such as guard rails, flagging, medical facilities, etc.

@@ettenw Thanks for checking it out. You make a fair point about safety etc. I have a "how to" series including several tracks and I should probably include "nearest hospital" in there although one of course hopes no one will need it.

Another great video. Glad you were able to hit two events with s2ktakeover when in the area. Personally I’ve found Pineview to be the most exhausting track I’ve driven. Its a 20 minute long autocross where you never get a break. Hopefully they add that extra layer of asphalt in the near future so the curbs no longer have that massive lip on them which can definitely do some damage

It was definitely a workout! Slow rack and now power assist meant my hands were definitely not 9&3 the whole time, lol. Friendly curbs would definitely make it a bit more attackable, but it was still a fun challenge keeping things super tidy.
