I think it's bc they serve different purposes. Deck helper kinda gives the player a sense of agency, especially a casual beginner, to start to learn the basic principles of deck building rather than quickly producing a deck that's just good without you having to think about it.

It''s crazy to me just how much this game has changed since I last played during Year of the Raven in 2018. I started in closed beta as a previous WoW TCG player with a lot of TCG experience. Back in my day Hellfire and Mortal Coil would have been the picks in every warlock deck, even in some zoo lists. I don't think there was ever a lock deck that didn't run at least 1 coil just as a cycle. It does seem to me that the helper tool hasn't been updated with card weight scores since before 2018 because 99% of the cards I saw it suggest I recognized.
