Welcome back to Lethal Company! In this video we try to play lethal company in the most terrifying way: ALONE. Singleplayer in this game is extremely brutal so I'm trying out a few mods to see if we can improve the solo experience. ENJOY!

@@RylaDarkstar if playing solo and you have a shovel or a sign with you and a Snare flea manage to get on you and make you dropped all your stuff. keep calm and scan ( yes u can scan while that thing is on your head) to locate the "weapon" on the ground and hit it on your self to set you free from the flee.

Alien Isolation is a really creepy game but I would 100% do another hard or even nightmare playthrough of it. It really is such a cool atmospheric game

Just a random tip the pro-flashlight last 4min 45sec. One in game hour is about 50sec. This lets you use the pro-flashlight as a clock since a full charge at 8am goes till about 4pm in game.

Obv the walkie isn't practical for solo play but thr walkie is even better since it's charge is barely shorter than a full day

6:50 not sure if this is mentioned later in the video but didn't wanna forget. The monsters just sort of... teleport and or move extremely fast over the jump gaps lol. I'm pretty sure all of them can besides possibly the red dress girl. 27:39 Also with the fleas, you can pickup your items after it forces you to drop them. So if you have a shovel or sign you can swing with it in your hand after picking it up to hit it off :)

I'm so glad that you showcased mods that make it playable for single player. Balancing for solo play is the one thing I wish the game devs would incorporate into the main game.

Respectfully, I reallllllllly enjoy the challenges of solo play. Adds such a refreshing take on goofing off with buddies in Multi that I wouldnt want to change much. Feels like a true roguelite solo

@@koolaiddude7685894 difficulty options could be a good addition to the game period. this way you can tone things down however you'd like, but if you're up for the challenge you can crank it up as high as you please!

@@GrustnyyDrug there is still plenty of risk, the risk is just high now instead of fucking debilitating. you can't get past like 3-4 quotas before a single death just destroys the run without these mods.

​@@GrustnyyDrug still doesn't stop enemies and the weather from killing you. i've done several runs solo that got destroyed from me dying once. the only reason i'm even at quota cycle 6 (day 18 to 21) is because i got mods that helped with stamina and added more loot slots for myself. it still hasn't stopped eyeless dogs and forest keepers from finding me and making me lose my 1200+ haul.

​@@sicklymoonlightyeah tbf the game is EXTREMELY rng based. You entered the lab? You have the scenario of not finding a single enemy , or have a Bracken or Spider spawn right away. You exit the lab with loot at 4 PM? Cool , maybe you can walk safely to the ship , or have a Forest Giant or Eyeless Dog spawn right away and one shot you. Veeery luck based and there's so little defense options , but this makes it fun

Oh my God. I played this last night with my partner and friend. They wanted to do in game coms rather than discord and they just ran off in different directions leaving me, a coward, with no one to talk to, too scared to move. Really fun watching a teammate get chewed up and spat out.

1:20:25 Late comment, but I just realized, the old phone has the screams they heard over the walkie talkie because that's similar to the level of technology Walkie Talkies that sigurd's crew in the 1960s would have, but the company's modern walkie talkies are probably blocking the screams because they don't want the current crew to know what Sigurd's crew knew.

The jetpack is useful for quick outside routing with small items, but since you can't carry the big things and usually you will start going back to the ship with a big thing, it usually isn't used I see

I find it hilarious that I never see people use the scan feature on the terminal to see how many items there are and their value, I guess it's because there isn't really a need to, but it helps I think(could also be inexperience because the ones I do see use it seem to play Lethal Company a lot more like you)

Highest quota I have reached on solo (without mods at the time) was 1200, did super fast titan runs as I could with the extension ladder strat to the best of my ability. Super hard but very fun.

I first started the game solo as to get my bearings without people telling me what to do because I’m new. I’m now pretty good at surviving most creatures. You can still get fucked by rng but for the most part when I know something is there I can maneuver around it or stealth past it. I’ve found that if you talk a bunch they can hear you. So even in multiplayer I only talk when inside the complex to relay information or to try to guide others out with audio direction. This contributes to me often staying alive and sometimes not even coming any monsters because they don’t know I’m there and thus my teammates end up drawing them away. I’ve got from intern to employee and am almost leveled past employee because I’m staying alive and still procuring a decent amount of loot. More often than not going in grabbing about 100-200 value of loot and then just hanging out at the ship for insurance that we don’t lose all our shit. There was a group I was playing with where I was the laziest employee while also being the most profitable from the loot I grabbed from inside. I don’t know what determines who the laziest employee is but it must come from my playstyle of get the fuck stealth everywhere often times standing still to let a monster pass and then getting out and relaying the loot to the ship. Something I have noticed is that whether you get most profitable is determined by the loot you physically put onto the ship. Doesn’t matter if you grabbed it from inside if you put it on the ship it counts it as you doing it. So if your buddies care about that shit. Don’t put their shit onto the ship as it will count it as you bringing in the money.

Probably figured this out by now but yes every monster except the spider can jump across the 2 jumps. Monsters can also spawn behind locked doors and camp them.

I think a good mod for solo LC would be if you could self teleport. Like you'd drop all your stuff still but you wouldn't die.

I didn't even consider adding some mods to make the solo experience better. amazing idea lol. Also you misspelled "BepInExPack" in the description as a heads up. You can also scan for any shovel in your inventory to find it after the (headcrab) is munching on you and grab it and hit it and it'll get off

I wonder if "battery" is being used in the sense of an artillery "battery," i.e. to hit the target on the wall. With the rails it looks a lot like a battering ram and impact-triggered bomb, which I wouldn't normally refer to as an artillery battery, though I'm far from an expert on the matter. Either way, I think someone might want to end the creature inside the company building.

If you play solo with only a flashlight 4 inventory slots is fine. Talking a shovel with a flashlight is a little dumb, you'd rather only go with a shovel and rely on navigating everything with less vision, like phasmo without a flashlight but you can actually see in a way you don't have to headbutt the walls.

Only reason i refunded the game for now is that i play a lot of solo and its not fun enough / to hard if its only me alone all the time. I know the game is meant to be played with multiple people but still there is demand for it so... supply when? = )
