Speaking of wtf i had a cruiser sail right at me and stop in the cap 5km broadside to shoot torpedoes at my battleship in the most obvious way possible. I was so baffled by this behavor I thought something was wrong but I looked at his profile and he waa just a comple noob. Needless to say even RNG couldn't keep him alive very long.

Just played my first Shima match a couple weeks ago when I got her from the Bureau and I broke my personal XP record with 3994 lol. Killed both enemy DDs, got 2 caps, and another 2 kills with 205k damage. That ship is nasty.

I had a game quite some time ago where i wish i was in a shimi with 5 battleships all lined up ready to be torped to oblivion ... Sadly i was in a Friesland ... Still got 248k damage out of them which was a record at the time ... But my god i wish i was in a shimi, it would have been carnage

There’s not much to it just stay undetected and drop torps, as long as there’s few DDs/no radar cruisers on the enemy team you should perform good whereas a ship like an Orkan or Smalland is for people with map awareness and can perform well when there’s a lot of DDs on the enemy team but you need to know when to shoot AP at certain ships you can Citadel some cruisers on the Orkan Torp boats are kinda for nubs. Most Torp DD players smoke up at the beginning of the match when I catch them at the cap and lock themselves in the smoke and I pop radar and will be able to see them but they won’t see me because I position myself where there teammates won’t be able to spot me when they smoke up.
