The thing is Korea itself and the police organization; not many believe women can be criminals (they see it as a reasoning or misunderstanding if they act a certain way) and they would most likely see this as nothing since they don’t have visible wounds, so the severity has to be there. But also those in power rarely have their time in jail since cops don’t want to be heavily involved or they also have power against the police with money or same wave length in their mindset. So yeah being a young Korean male and a victim is %99 turned into a blind eye

This disgust of a woman is making me so angry, like how can you treat other people like this, and the fact that they are so young and trusted her, like it's so cruel to misuse her position as an employer and an adult. When I thought she couldn't stoop any lower than what she already had. She then accused them of SA, which is so despicable, when it's clear that it's the other way around. I feel so so bad for all of the members and I'm so grateful for the fans who spread the word about mistreatment and taking videos and sharing it. These fans are the reason that they no longer have to be under that evil woman's company. I only knew about Omega X because 2 of the members from 1team joined this group, and I was genuinely happy that they were still going to work as idols, but for the second time since 1teams disbanded I really wish they hadn't disbanded, because of everything they had to go through. I hope going forward that everything will be better for the group, and I truly wish them happiness and success.

There was a video clip that was shown that clearly showed that she sat back and made no move to stop any touching that went on and there was a man in there( a staff member) who watched this occurring a didn't act like it was anything unusual. It sickens me to think of what the Omega X members had to endure with being signed to Spire Entertainment. The former CEO needs to face jail time and Spire should be forced to shut down and compensate the members of Omega X for the mental and physical torment that they were forced to endure. The Management Agencies are too powerful. The Artists have to take control now and the only way is by an Artist's Union. The Union can negotiate safe working conditions and timeframes so that artists can perform at their best, not ill or overworked. A Doctor always touring with them etc. Until the Artists make a stand, this abuse will continue and no one will be a winner. The idol bands are too large, they cover up poor singers, for better looking idols and more graceful dancers. This is a way to control the bands. Profits split eleven ways will NEVER make a profit. They have to pay back production costs, wardrobes, touring costs and Management costs. They will always just be poorly paid singers and dancers. So Idols I have given you the solution. If everyone pays a couple of dollars from idols and actors you could have a very strong Union. Just like in the UK and the United States.
