@@utopiacore3978 I normally hate the way that "card" is thrown around so often, and is many times unjustified... but I gotta agree with you to some extent. It's likely the cop unfairly grouped the entire family as "that type" of people, if you know what I mean, and didn't wanna deal with it for that reason. At the very least, he could've instructed or explained it with more emotional understanding and care. At the end of the day, the hospital is private property and it _is_ their call to run the facility, within the confines of the law, the way they see fit. He could've sympathized with an already traumatic and emotional experience though, and even offered to speak to hospital staff to ask for one last chance to allow certain family remain, if they promised to stay divided and calm as possible. If the hospital still says no, it is what it is, the only option then would be leave peacefully or in handcuffs. But he instead only offered the latter option from the start, to a possibly innocent and concerned grandmother that wasn't even present at the time of the altercation. Just an awful situation, made even more unfortunate.

Tina, the grandmother, is guilty and showed no remorse when told of the baby's passing. She didn't like the baby's mother or her race. After picking up Jayden and the baby, they stopped for pizza and a quick errand at the mechanic. Then, they returned to Tina's home to eat the pizza. Within a short time, after eating the pizza, Tina left again with the excuse to go to McDonalds drive thru. Jayden thought the baby was sleeping after his mom left. I feel after returning home with the pizza, the baby was fussy and crying. Tina, thinking her young son was throwing his life away for the baby and she didn't want to be involved to care for the baby she became overwhelmed with the babies crying and shook her when Jayden was out of sight eating the pizza. As an excuse to not be in the home when Jayden would find the baby unconscious Tina left for McDonalds, way across town. Jayden thought the baby had slept long enough and tried to wake the baby. The baby wouldn't wake up. In fact, she was unconscious from Grandma Tina's abuse. It's sad Jayden didn't get good legal counsel. Is very easy to understand the reason tho, I guess the boy family never like the baby Mum, I think the boy don't even want to be with the girl anymore but just responsibility to the baby , sometimes different colour of us not getting well together due to the culture, so they act very cool of this, so seems like when the baby gone they can get rid of the girl aswell. I don't think a 19 years old really want to be a father truly since they are still kido themself, kids just give birth whenever they are pregnant without their parents teaching better, I had three female friend had kids in a young age like 20 and now one loss both of her kids (gov took them ) due to some court cases and the other one thinking to leave her husband every single day and insults her husband how little money he just made sometimes beat the husband up and blame him made her become a mother of two and housewife so she can't go out work and make money lossing her wonderful life. And other one divorce due to the husband non stop cheating while she taking care of 2 kids. Tbh I m a women myself I don't support women always blame man for their pregnant, for a young age mostly the boy just got force to accept it, there's always pills and condom there for protection also after pill, always having sad story for young parents , not everyone ready to be a parents .

Don't be distracted by silly details. Lots of parents wake their babies from naps for various reasons. Usually it's because they don't sleep a full 10-12 at night if you don't, or, if it's like my kiddo, he has a sleep disorder that makes waking up hard and the longer his nap is, the harder it is for him emotionally. Some kids just need sleep help. Also, adjusting bedtime routines can also make nap wake-ups an imperative. There are far more alarming red flags in this case than the lie that he tried to wake his baby from a nap.

I'm a big sister, 33, we lost my 1st little sis at 6 weeks to SIDS and the next is now 26 and my best friend. It was exactly 1 week before my 5th birthday and I remember it so vividly still.. Both my babies I didn't sleep for the first few months, checking them all the time, had breathing monitors etc - I exist only for them at this point, how anyone could hurt a baby, their own baby, is so beyond me... if anyone hurt my babies I'd stop at nothing to get my justice. @@heathergates3168 My partner and I did the same when our son was born. He slept in a moses basket on his father's side, my partner slept with his hand gently on our son's chest so he could feel it moving and I would wake up what seemed like every 10 mins to nudge my partner to check him or to put a finger under his nose. It might seem a bit obsessive but honestly I don't care and I definitely wouldn't give a **** what anyone would have thought about it back then. He is my baby, my world and we were new parents. I can't even begin to describe the feeling I felt the incredible over whelming need to protect and love my son, was there from the second I found out I was pregnant and even more so when he was born. Years later reading and watching things I was so surprised that mothers/parents put their new borns in their own rooms n what not. 😲 Our boy is 14 years old now and is still my world. I haven't been able to have any more children 😢 so I know that he is even more of a special gift. We are here to love, guide and protect our children. So this story is just heartbreaking. @@sweetdreamz1482 I’m a mother of 4! You’re very right, although they tell you about shaken baby syndrome in the hospital before you leave after having a baby, I don’t feel like they really explain just how violently you have to shake a baby to damage or kill them, and just how fast it can happen. If the penalty was higher for doing it, and all child abuse really, I think there would be more of a fear or consciousness of not harming babies and children. Like “I better sit this baby down and walk away because if I hurt them I will be in prison for 100 years” that’s a good motivation in my opinion

It REALLY depends on what kind of fireworks you're setting off and where. We regularly have our own firework show - the legal, NON-Class B kind - every 4th of July. We did our fireworks about 2 weeks after my 2nd daughter was born and the year my last child was supposed to be born, we postponed it until after she was here & I was healed - so she was about a month old. For both times, as per usual, we set off our fireworks in our backyard behind or to the far side next to our house - depending on wind - and even the BIGGEST/LOUDEST bang/pop WASN'T audible inside, where my daughters was slept. I fed, changed, & turned on their sleepy music before laying them down and sat with them for the first couple pops/bangs - to make sure there was no startling sounds - before leaving them under the view of our camera monitor and meeting with everyone outside to enjoy the show. My babies were so content that they didn't even flinch throughout the whole show! And we've continued to do these every year and NEVER had any issues with startling or scaring the babies as mine got older (now 9 & 6) and relatives came with their new babies. It's really _NOT_ that hard to be responsible when engaging in this kind of recreational activity.💯👌🎆 P. S. It's actually better and many doctors recommend NOT restricting noises during new babies' slumber, to acclimate them to all of the regular/background noises that we're ALWAYS hearing, but not actually listening to or noticing. If you intentionally make everything extremely quiet, then even the SLIGHTEST unexpected noise will not only wake, but SCARE the baby and thus make getting them to sleep & staying asleep harder.👌👍🏻

@swaet if the police feel their is a primary n secondary crime scene they can go search the house, so it doesn’t matter if she left her house the police can search the house so ur comment makes no sense. 2 do u know these people personally? I’m guessing no so just cause u feel that the mom showed no emotion means she’s cold or evil is just as dumb as your frat point. People go into shock when given horrible news about a loved one, I’m guessing u never went into shock, when people go into shock it tends to shut off your emotions n don’t act the way people think others should act, that doesn’t mean the person is evil or complicit in the crime.🤦🏽♀️

I paused and looked at the car seat. This baby was 8 months old, she only used that car seat for a very short time and the condition it’s in is baffling to me. Filthy. Everyone in that family failed this child, I hope they never heal from the neglect they caused that little baby.

@@carlasouthwell7422 The state of the house said a lot. They lived in a pig sty, so it's clear that poor baby wasn't properly looked after. Probably had dirty nappies that weren't changed on time and God knows what else. Dread to think.

My thoughts exactly, who lets off Fireworks during the day, whats the point of that
@YuckyPeniculum3 ай бұрын
I think he was doing fireworks to hide the screams from baby because his mom was inside beating, and raging on the baby. I'm guessing she thought the her son and his girl were going to break up and baby would be raised by her daughter in law and her family and she didn't want that happening.

Exactly. We couldn't even make popcorn while the baby was napping! 😂

@@frances4797It’s advised to certainly make home noises so a child, gets used to noises. I’ve three kids and if a vacuum clean in the evening, when my youngest is a sleep, he doesn’t wake up. He is used to it since he was a baby. Same with my older kids. Staying quiet as a mouse isn’t the way when a baby is a sleep. It’s ridiculous. You do know in the womb they hear all kind of noises… It ain’t silent in there 😅.

@@NourKLI you know this in itself is probably the exact reason why theres deep sleepers and not deep sleepers. I cant fall asleep with any loud sound or inconsistent sound but low to mid constant sounds i can fall asleep.

I think Toni was a dealer (and a user) as she was always popping in and out the house, going here, there and everywhere (dealer)? No emotions at all, which is why I’m feeling “user”. Even I shed a tear for that baby. Not the most twisted case ever told by EWU, but certainly horrific, and I’ll never understand the mentality of a parent that could purposely hurt their own child.
