My main issue is with the security guard who completely disregarded the student who told him someone was bleeding in the bathroom. How the hell do you just brush something like that off and not even go check? Even if it’s a paper cut you still need to go see what’s going on cause kids don’t just say that.

I disagree with your second part, young boys are known to say obnoxious/ridiculous stuff just for the hell of it. But regardless you're right; the fact that the security guard didn't even bother to check, especially since it's his job, is ridiculous.
@misaelcampos6294

To be fair, if I was told someone was bleeding in the school restroom I would think that it was someone with a bloody nose. My 14 years get nose bleeds so easy it's ridiculous. It would have elicited a different response if they said someone was unconscious or lying of the floor in their blood. Specificity matters but yes it would have been best if the guard checked anyway.

Probably the same reason cops stood around doing nothing while kids where being massacred in Texas, or when another school security guard in Florida ran away while the students he was hired to protect were being killed. The barrel of apples rotted a long time ago.

I might get hate for this but I understand where the guard is coming from, this is middle school and kids tend to prank or disrespect people that are in charge or protect the school so the guard could have just been used to these kids playing these type of games but he checked the bathroom after he saw the panic on the kids face.

This is a dream interview for those of us who are interested in the psychology of murderers. This detective has excellent interview skills. So many do not. And so many detectives don’t ask questions pertaining to their mindset. I literally ruminate for days over simple things like if I’m unintentionally a little short with someone. And there are people walking around who murdered someone the night before and then went home, ate dinner, brushed their teeth, and went to bed. Like, how?!? I just discovered the series Signs of a Psychopath and the episode on this guy was so enlightening.

Both true, I believe. Some people have defects physically from birth, why not mentally ? Bad brains, poor wiring, psychopathy. An incomplete brain will show signs of aberrant behavior, but adults have to notice & acknowledge it, then get the child treatment. Other times it's abuse, of various kinds, that cause a mind to split into paths of aberrant behavior as a way of dealing with the abuse that the child doesn't know how to properly deal with. Some monsters are born, some are created.

17:35 "Which was a lie." was somehow the thing that chilled me to the core during his confession. Usually suspects who are caught try to make themselves sound less guilty; for example, some admit they injured the victim but didn't measure their strength/notice that they were actually hurt. Instead, he was really telling the detective "I made no mistake, I knew I was doing this."

There sure was shock, but I don't think Jamie was much surprised. Reason for that is I had a kid in the neighborhood that had similar traits. No matter who he played with, at the end of the day he enjoyed it to hurt and torture them in some or the other way. Even though he was friend to me, my guards were always up when he was nearby and I would not have been surprised if he turned against me.

Even the one with two little girls with advanced schizophrenia and a fascination for creepy pastas, stabbing another innocent little girl, even that wasn't as chilling as this one... Also imagine being Andre, being conscious from his early years, that he lives *only* because he didn't listen to his *friend* to go "somewhere to see something". Jamie trusted him, as did Andre. Thankfully, Andre escaped the same fate. Michael obviously was the one in control of the friendships and he likely chose friends he could control. The day before when Andre refused to do what he wanted, Michael decided he should probably forego his plans for Andre. To me, the most horrifying thing is there were obvious signs he had some issues and they were ignored. @@n0steeze ... Well, the guy had been previously poking people with a screwdriver. Andre likely knew this and thought he was playing some kind of harmful bad joke (like dunking Andre's head in the toilet or something), but I doubt that Andre considered murder. Anyway, psychos can have friends (like Charles Manson) but their friendships generally don't last very long. In any case, it's a fact that if you're going to be murdered then it's likely by someone you know.

They can't function in the society anyways. They are smart . It doesn't matter if they go to jail. In thier eyes thier life is already suffering . People commit to not drinking not smoking . But they come back . And these are psychopaths . Thier desires are way way more harder then control and understand then a normal human. There is no irony.

I’ve never felt so much hatred for a child before. I can’t even imagine what Jaime was feeling in that moment when he realized his friend was about to kill him. I hate when they use that excuse that his brain isn’t fully developed. He seemed to of known exactly what he was doing, how to do it, what he needed to do it, and he premeditated it. You know right from wrong when you’re a toddler. I hope they lock this kid away forever.

The fact that this murderer never corrected the pronunciation of Jaime's name said a whole lot about how he really felt towards the kid. He must have felt something at some point to literally eat himself to death. It was "eating" at him, but he wanted to seem "hard" for the interview. Sucks how often this kind of "friendship" occurs. You gotta look at everybody under a magnifying glass, which is why I mostly stay to myself.

If I may, although there is no specific 'psychopath gene', there are gene tendencies found in psychopaths that are common among them. More interestingly, there is a region of the brain known as the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, which apparently does not 'fire'/work properly in psychopathic criminals studied via MRI. This region of the brain is responsible for 'picturing actions taken against others and how it makes them feel' - when this is asked of a normal person, this ventromedial prefrontal cortex area of the brain fires/works clearly; but when this question is asked of "highly psychopathic" individuals, hardly any action in this region of the brain fires at all...
