Wow. I didn’t even know Noxious Revival was a card. That is a fantastic effect. Any card as well. Dark tutelage is also a total gem. Those red and black propaganda effects are really sweet as well. A lot to like in this video

Null Brooch is one of my favorite underplayed cards. Is it best in reanimation or grave based decks because you can set your grave up while also have negate on a stick. This also let's you manipulate your hand size if that's what you need.

Has anyone ever heard of the card 'Silence'? I read that card like 15 times when i first saw it. I can't get around the fact that I never heard of that card nor have it ever seen in use.

I wanna add in something about mudslide, great choice for your list. It is not only a pillow fort card. Its an anti mana dork card. I did play it when my playgroup was addicted to mana dorks. but in the end meta card a little bit to situational.

Underrated you say? It doesn't get more underrated than this: Grim Feast. Use it alongside Dark Tutelage, for better results. Only 198 decks use it, as of this writing. 1BG, enchantment: at the beginning of your upkeep you take 1 damage. Whenever ANY creature dies, you gain life equal to its thoughness.

Open the armory from Shadows over innistrad a "steelshaper's gift" which tutors for both a equipment and a Aura for an extra colorless mana.

I dont like dark tutolage( or bob) in commander, because in most decks avarage cmc is over 4 and taking 4 damage each turn is too much

Skullwinder (cheap alternative Eternal Witness) Royal Assassin/Stormtide Leviathan/Dueling Grounds (discourage attacks in a way) Riptide Shapeshifter (a bit random and somewhat expensive manawise but in a deck with only a handful of big creatures of different types or some eldrazi this does its job if u untap with it) Archetype of Imagination (makes your creatures practically unblockable) Intrepid Hero (repeatable removal) Gideon's Intervention/Nevermore (if u don't want any friends) Time Stop/Summary Dismissal (when stack is too confusing) Silence (cause there will be times that u won't play blue to counter stuff and white counterspells are too few and too situational) PS: Leviathan is in a bit more than 5k decks in edhrec but i still see it as an underrated card since it's offensive and defensive and has won me multiple of games.

Telepaty enchantment, cost 1 blu mana. Your opponents play with their hand revealed. I love that card, is super fun to play, but also very strong because it allow you to be more carefull on where to use your removals. Also, your opponents gets to see each others hand, but not your (eheheh)

Definitely some obscure cards. Some of the reason they aren't well played is because sorceries are too slow or there's a better version. I agree though some of these cards seem bonkers.

Stubborn denail is better than censor...fact. Commit//memory is also better bc/ it can be cast from the graveyard if you are milling yourself

Dark tutelage is in my opinion very underrated. I went digging through my cards last month and saw that card and I was like, “why in the hell is this not in all of my commander decks?”

Probably because it can hurt, BIG TIME, if it’s put into decks without any care. With heavy repeatable Scrying, it could in many cases be better than Phyrexian Arena though. If P Arena doesn’t make the budget, 1 can’t do much worse than Bloodgift Demon

Coffin Queen: repeatable reanimation, graveyard hate, two relevant tribes, whatever. Innocent Blood: one mana board wipe. Undead Gladiator: hand filtering, graveyard filling, tutorable in a thousand ways as a creature, Intuition for Gladiator + Mike & Trike (or another Victimizable combo) => gg.

Losing a little life? Really? You hit razaketh and you lose 8 life , that card only works in oloro or something similar , the difference of the little creature dude who says the same thing is that you can sac him or he will likely die during combat at some point making him way less of a liability , I got to say dark tutelage is no where near a good card

But jumping on the bandwagon of talking about underrated cards for Commander after two highly influential Magic KZbinrs did the same topic, really makes me feel disappointed.)
