At one time in history this was the capitol of Vietnam. Now it is a beautiful city full of rich history one the banks of the Perfume River. Hue also some very typical dishes that are a specialty from the area. There is so much to see and do, and plenty of things to take in. I already want to go back as I barely scratched the surface. My first impressions succeeded my imagination, I did not expect Hue to be this amazing, it is truly one of my favorite places.

A more semantically accurate translation of "Huong" in Huong River is "Aroma," not Perfume, nor Fragrance. Someone who didn't know English/French well translated as such, and the error stuck since then.
