Csr take any job because they are not plumbers. I get to pick and choose. The csr creates many bog down jobs. So me being the owner answering the phone help us be as efficient as possible with our valuable 8hrs a day to get the best money making jobs possible.

If you had to break your business expenses down in percentages, how would it break down? Employees wages, overhead, marketing, insurance, tools/vans, profit.. Most of all all things considered do you (owner) take home a set salary or do you get a percentage of the profit?? Appreciate these videos man I’ve had time to listen to about 3 or 4 now and definitely helps me in my business!!

I don't know if you made a mistake when you were speaking but you said yes we do free estimates and then said we have a 96 dollar diagnostic fee. . . That's a 96 dollar estimate you just called it something else won't the customer be upset by the dishonesty?
