Can’t do pull ups yet, but I’ve been doing horizontal rows like crazy and I’m definitely seeing improvements in strength, size and posture.

I like Dom’s approach. Although he is very advanced, he still places value on basic exercises. Because these exercises are the foundation. And foundation always builds strength.

Been watching this guy since 2014, got his original programs (please release those again man or atleast get the PDFs up) and his new new training. He goes into depth on this and many other exercises how to achieve proper form, as well as proper program setting! I cannot recommend this guy enough and if you're new here I seriously suggest looking into it. This isn't the 5 minute solution to ABS this is a lifetime solution to freedom of movement and strength in your body.

for those sitting all day before the computer...I have one advice. After each workout doing rows. Wait 2 hours then massage your shoulder girdle muscles else you might overload the teres minor like I did getting a trigger point...

To compliment your active hang, try a row with a ten second hold at the top of each rep for a great lat isometric.

Considering the real world will have a human horizontally pulling waaaaay more than vertical pulling, the row is the greater of the two pulling planes. I think just hanging is amazing especially while shrugging for lat health but rows are the most beneficial for overall health Great video 🤙🏽

I thought you needed some sleep dude, but you got a nice shiner! What's the other guy look like?! 🤣 I've never skipped rows! I'm happy to be doing horizontal feet elevated rows as well as cable rows to the belly button (during this couple weeks hypertrophy exercise selection). When I switch back to pure strength I'll be doing chin/pull ups, maybe weighted then! Also wanting to hook up a long rope to the sled at the gym I hit up every so often and do some sitting or squatted sled pulls! What do you think about that champ?!
