Many tourists tend to skip this part of Sicily, thinking it's boring. We couldn't disagree more! The south is fascinating, with a vibrant, down-to-earth farm culture, especially if you venture a bit inland.
Today, we visited Farm Magazze, one of the few buffalo mozzarella farms in Sicily, and tried the freshest buffalo mozzarella made that very morning! After enjoying a delicious meal at the farm, we explored a 19th-century castle that offers a glimpse into the lives and fashions of Sicilian aristocrats from 200 years ago!
