Gary, I've been listening and watching your content for many years. You actually springboarded my career in social media and marketing about 9 years ago now. I started off running social media for a car leasing firm. Grew my knowledge of SEO, SEM, social, paid etc and jumped on with a web design and dev agency. The reason I mentioned that I listen to your content on and off is because I often get a spark of inspiration from some piece of your content and then I'll just go away and execute. I have been consistently watching Podcast with Friends and you've sparked about 5 ideas already in the past few episodes, I've been loving this. Similar to Alan King, I launched my own Muay Thai clothing brand about a year ago, haven't hit a massive order point yet but It's something I absolutely love doing. I'm in the trenches, sorting shoots, putting together my own shoots with an ironing board and a £5 ring light and my iPhone to get product images for the website just making stuff happen. Thanks so much for all the inspiration and smashing out the content

My mind is a cyclone right now. I’m beating myself in what kind of content to post as a mortgage advisor. I need help I feel lost af but I know that if I continue to work at this I will find my path just like these people did. If you’re going through the same, you’re not alone. Let’s learn and take action but I mean aggressive action no stopping no excuses. Let’s do this friend

I’m a dog trainer, dog enthusiast and just all around animal lover and I have a hard time posting not only to post something different than other trainers but also to trying to make that “perfect” post/video/picture/podcast episode. its hard because I want to help so many dogs and recognition to help more dogs but feel like the stuff i Post isn’t good enough whether its about day to day activities with my dogs or training sessions and info posts.

Interesting - Cardoni also said - burnout is not real - it DEPENDS on what job you do... if your a paramedic working long hours with difficult communities - burnout can happen in two years. It also happens as life moves on and takes us in to new territories of Life in general, the burnout is the indicator that time has come to embrace the new possumbilities...

Respectfully, I think she said if it looks good on a dog, you'll know if it'll look good on you. You'll be able to truly see, if it'll suit you. That's just silly. Her hard work and perseverance make her channel work - not fashion tips.

Sure you have. You stood up, you ate, you maybe checked something on social media, you read something or saw something funny. You maybe have an interest and something you are looking into daily as a hobby. You have knowledge other's don't have or like to learn about or others should enjoy the stuff you were entertained by etc.
