Rino Romano’s Spidey voice is just perfect to me. Even if the material he was given made his performance seem cheesy at times, the tone of the voice itself is the bridge between CDB’s intellectual side and Josh Keaton’s wit. That’s exactly what it should be! And geez man, you killed it with the editing in this video! Wonderful job!

The opening words of Stan Lee almost bring me to tears these day. He was so enthusiastic about all things marvel, but especially Spidey. The way he lays out the very beginning of the game for you, welcoming you in as the player and telling you to prepare yourself for an awesome adventure, And he did it absolutely perfectly. There are few real life people you could squeeze a voiceclip from into a game and have it be such a great feature. Stan being there was special. I knew it back when i was a kid, and i feel it big time now.

I played this game over and over as a child, it's one of my favourite Spiderman games, the voice lines was classic comedy, Stan-Lee's voice was such a cool thing and the soundtrack is so memorable, watching this video and hearing the level music I can picture myself back then playing it. Amazing game for an amazing Spiderman.

I would Really Love to see a remastered version of the game. Like, I'd really like to see the design of the main universe of Shattered Dinensions, the combat if Shattered Dimensions, PS4, and WOS, some puzzles, Easter eggs, etc. I'd also like to see Rino Ramano reprise his role as well as Darran Norris as Venom. Would Really love to see the heart and passion in this kind of remastered version.

One of my favourite things about Spiderman 2000 is when you boot up the game and you get the sick metal music for the Neversoft logo as the eye runs away only to be impaled. Honestly a weird childhood memory, but a core one nonetheless.

It's amazing to see how many people still love this game and work hard on keeping it alive, i also love this game and i always have a lot of fun playing it. I feel like this game has a lot of passion in it and that's what make it awesome, we can feel how much work they put into it. I do think this game is far superior when compared to the sequel, but i really like the sequel as well, the new mechanics are really cool, especially the part about unlocking powers and combining them with any suit we want. It's pretty sad that we didn't get a 3rd game, i'd love to see this world expanding even more, but i guess this is an impossible dream now. This is a very well-made video, i like the way you organized the topics and the order they were presented. You deserve way more views, congratulations.

just recently made a personal spiderman game marathon, and got me this game for ps1 (played on my ps2) to finally play it again after many many years and see how good it still is. And boy it's such a blast. Bossfights are fun, the cameos and the story while being very simple, still great. Heck Carnage Ock still gives me the chills XD It's also one of these games that show you how wonderfull complex the combat can be when playing on hard mode. Even after have not played it for so long, I still had good memories of it, glad these where not just illusions, certainly one of the best spidey games ever made.

Like you, this game was my first exposure to the Marvel universe as a whole, and I LOVED it. I should plug it into my PS2 and give it another playthrough, though it would be much better for me to get a PC that can play it so I can try including the extra goodies the fans of added/restored to the game.

The PC version was one of my first games, but the farthest I ever got for a while was to the Scorpion battle where I turned the game off because I was scared to fight a boss lol. Many years later I found the disc again but whenever I got to Scorpion again, the pre-bossfight cutscene would just repeat over and over again. My parents dismissed this as an effect of the disc being scratched and I believed them (even though the disc had no scratches) until I tried again one day and found out how to skip cutscenes, skipped the pre-Scorpion fight cutscene and it worked. By this point I had watched countless playthroughs of the game so I wasn't surprised by anything that happened afterwards. I didn't beat it though, I stopped playing after the second Venom fight and just never played it again. Now the disc is probably in my basement somewhere I'll never find it again.

I recently by replaying this game learned that there is what if mode. :D My first playthrough was in 2002 at my friend house, at that time we did not know special web combat moves, so it was very hard game for us, but it added more tension, especially the fight against the rhino when controller vibrated non stop. :D Last fight was especially scary. Funny thing is that at that time we did not know any english, but we still really enjoyed the cutscenes and voice acting. One of the best games and childhood memories I had. :)
