Ive been saying this forever, the NSX is INSANELY fast. The launch is one of the BEST out there for under 500k. It makes you feel like your stomach is out of your ass on the launch.

@@TyB.-to3ek They had the drive drain designed in Japan and the Chassis and Exterior designed in The States. Honda flip-flopped back and forth on if the engine would be longitudinally or transversely mounted. It created massive redesigns to accommodate the changes to incorporate the cooling ducts and air intake. That was only one of the areas they struggled with. The car turned out great but dragging the development down publicly for so long caused many to get bored with it before it even got to launch.

I rented an 2017 NSX, such a fun daily car, truck isn't the biggest but it works well. It did get more looks thank ferrai's, the nsx looks way better in person.

The trunk is surprisingly small, that’s a good point. I think it looks fantastic in person. Pictures really don’t do the car justice. Some cars photograph great, some don’t. The angles just don’t pop in photos like they do in person.

I gotta add that until they announced it would be discontinued, there were rebates of $50K or more on the NSX. No one wanted them. They sold 3 a year. Why? Well, they were Mclaren-level money yet still had interiors from a TLXs. Nothing felt like an exotic. Their dealerships were linoleum-lined walmarts. Nothing about the experience matched the price. I passed on one that a dealer took almost $80K off the deal. I still think the NSX is the most beautiful car to ever come out of Japan (yes, it was designed in Italy,LOL) The McLaren that I wound up buying fell apart, which I doubt the NSX would have done.

That's the beauty of the NSX vs Mclaren. Mclaren sold more and they passed on the NSX. Now, the Mclaren depreciates like the GE stocks and the dive continues while the NSX holds the price.

Everyone who has driven this car wants one. That's why I bought a 2019 thermal orange and was lucky enough to get a Type S as well in valencia red. The best 2 colors! And I'm not selling because these are the best daily driven supercars ever!!! Comfortable, faster than most of the competition and corners like my kart. People think the interior looks plain, but you can fully dress the interior with quality aftermarket carbon fiber if you prefer. I It's perfect from every angle and sounds amazing with aftermarket exhaust and my science of speed tune gets me from 0 to 60mph in 2.6 seconds confirmed by my Dragy.

Very nice!! They are absolutely daily driver supercars. Much quicker than people think. If you put someone who has the ability to appreciate a well handling and well balanced car, they’ll fall in love. The only people who don’t, are they ones who can’t really drive!

I love underrated cars. Underrated car remind me of Manny Pacquiao, always an underdog but fight like hell. How many NSX YOU'VE SEEN ? NONE, THAT'S THE BEAUTY OF THIS CAR. One thing I love in the NSX is, that their hybrid system is the most intelligent among the super hybrids (the AI of the hybrids) NSX engine is solely for NSX only, they are not shared to any of the Acura variant. It's an F1 ENGINE INSPIRED, collaboration of COSWORTH/HONDA.

I sold my 7th company after running it for 8 years. Nothing happened overnight. I’d encourage anyone to play in real estate a bit and to work in small businesses that are growing so you can learn and start your own. Don’t be afraid to fail. It’ll take longer than you think. It’ll be harder than you think. But if you don’t feel like the 9-5 life can ever satisfy you, then it’s the only way

Hey, I saw the design and specs of this NSX and I was honestly underwhelmed. As an industrial designer, I felt that the design was lacking for the time meaning the BMW i8 was underpowered but was more visually appealing and future proof by design. As for power, a high revving twin turbo i4 with a Axiel motor with a point to prove would have done the job. It’s seriously something that they should have considered instead of leaving that technology to hyper cars like Koenigsegg. That was the recipe of the original NSX but it this revision model it was lost in translation.

Acura needs to come out with a new NSX w/hybrid assist motors plus supercapacitors like Lambo is doing...upgrade and double the cylinders of the new Integra type R, right there that could get at least 650hp or probably way more out of a new twin turbo V-8, make it sound absolutely epically legendary, then utilize (by licensing if they need to cuz developing their own much improved in wheel EV cylindrical motor tech is very expensive) Lucid's or Koeniggsegg's in wheel extremely powerful EV motors...Lucid can get 670hp per wheel, Koenigsegg can get 880hp per EV motor with their new black matter round EV motor, so lets do the math here: If they balance/blueprint a new twin turbo V-8 w/all forged and very high end internals, they could get easily 800 hp or more probably, then drop in 4 Lucid 670hp EV motors, or just 2 for the front wheels only (AWD in total cuz the ICE engine would proper the rear wheels only), and you'd have what? Yup, that equals 800hp + 1,340hp = 2,140hp for a new NSX...and if we do the math for using just 2 Koeniggsegg black matter cylindrical EV motors for the front wheels, then we'd get to: 800hp + 1,760hp = 2,560hp !!! This would make a new NSX not only meet almost all new emissions standards, it would be enough EV juice to properl the car thru the owner's residential quiet neighborhoods and local city on EV power alone, then when he's ready he can turn it back to sport or sport+ mode to activate the ICE engine and hear the beautiful sound of the V-8 (Acura could also design a new twin turbo V-10 or V-12 if they wanna have even more power and really wow and impress enthusiasts even more than a V-8 would)..the acceleration would be easily 0-60mph in the low 1 sec. range, quarter mile times in the 7's, top speed over 350 mph, etc.. p.s. - if they also added supercapacitors then the power could go even higher...

My biggest problem with the NSX was always the front, as the beak didn't do it any favors and the kinda chunky side profile. It's something about the cut line on the door being so high up it gives a heaviness to the design that I can't quite put my finger on.
