I never really understood the rules of golf and because of that I never won, until one afternoon when l played back the golfing tutorial all alone. After learning about the strategies of different clubs, i suddenly started winning the majority of the time. My family could never understand how lol. Its like the game actively rewards you for..playing the game as intended. So nostalgic!

So here are my two thoughts on this: 1) the problem is that the size of the ball is not consistent with the scale of the green, each square on the green is 1 square yard or 3 feet by 3 feet. 2) Of course it's harder than target practice right now, you just started doing it. But compare the scores you are getting in Target Practice NOW versus the scores you were getting when you first started, then consider how many hour of play and practice you put into that.

It's more feet because the game only counts mii feet. The mii's feet are so tiny compared to actual feet distance. If you look closely at the ball size compared to Beef Boss's feet, it seems 3 times bigger in the game's scale of measurement. In reality, the diameter of the golf ball is about 7.5 times less than an actual foot but in Wii Sports, it's only about 2.5 times smaller, so yea I always look closely at game details :) :D

Out of curiosity, I decided to measure the height of the miis, and can confirm that the scale of the measurements is definitely changing The height constantly changes, with 33.9 feet (10.3 meters) at tallest, and 5.8 feet (1.8 meters) shortest. The hole is like 2 feet wide, and the ball is 8 inches. I think if you just change feet to centimeters and then multiply by 10, the scale is a lot better. So 2 feet would be 20 cm.
