Our rugby club sent off one of our players to a top conditioning clinic in London 10 years ago, this involved starting training at 5am but also involved having sleeps during the day as part of the recovery as well as eating every 2-3 hours (6000kcal for a 255lb player) He was a forward who has to make 30-40 tackles a game plus take the ball up like a running back 15+ times a game as well. As mentioned in the video, sleep periods are massively crucial to help increase performance through training. This young lady gets it in spades, I hope the on field performance reflects.

One time lined a ball from about 20 yards away that nailed her square in the face while she was totally oblivious and talking to a player . He quickly turned away to avoid getting caught and everyone was laughing . She got in his face and they nearly came to blows .Kitchens threw up his hands saying I hate this punk kid . Baker went and complained and they fired the portly coach and her but she has a discrimination lawsuit in so may stay with the team . Sad but true

Sometimes really strong truth comes out of men’s really strong emotion and language, many times not , but sometimes, has that every limited or distracted the process or enhance it more, by holding back and then therefore thinking through better.
